Conference calling has been utilized by the world of business for great effect for years, but it has also been helping women and men lose weight with excellent results. Gentle peer pressure can also help people maintain their commitment and reach their goals. Additionally, it enables the audience to pick up learning points through hearing the experiences of others.

One typical group includes a businesswoman who regularly calls in from rooms in hotels all over the world as well as mums who require to get rid of babyweight, and cant visit a face2face group, and the dangerously obese who have been told that they need to lose weight when they wish to extend their life expectancy. We welcome everyone who wants to lose weight and there are different programmes for those who have more or less weight to lose in various timeframes.

The conference call model works really well since it allows people to participate and benefit from the group dynamic without having to come in a place in person each week. It does not matter there isn't in person interaction although I do have a tendency to visualise an organization circle during our discussions.
