Pregnant Kristen Bell craves for Kettle chips

Kristen Bell recently stated she finds Kettle chips more delicious when she’s pregnant. The 34-year-old actress, who gushed about her latest pregnancy cravings revealed that any situation that could be digested, she’ll prefer to eat it, Us magazine reported. Although she eats healthy within her normal life but she gives into her cravings more reguarily when she’s pregnant because in line with her ‘if she won’t do it now, when will she apply it,’ she further added. ‘The Lifeguard’ star also mentioned that she has been more active during her second pregnancy simply because this time she also chases around your baby. Bell and the ‘Parenthood’ star, did ‘zero prep’ just for this pregnancy and are ‘very excited,’ but perhaps, less than Lincoln.?? (Read: 7 weird cravings while)

Here are a few ideas to control pregnancy cravings:

  • Never postpone supper for several days. Hunger triggers craving and sometimes triggers overeating.
  • Take enough liquids the whole day and keep yourself hydrated.
  • Eat as a minimum six small meals through the day. Eating every 120 minutes can keep your metabolism up and assist you to decrease your cravings.
  • Snack on fruits and nuts somewhere between meals to master food cravings.
  • Opt for natural sugars (fruits, dates, apricots) over chocolates and ice creams if you wish to have them.
  • Maintain cutting down on calories diary to maintain an eye on your cravings and the foods you consume food.
