Vakrasana or twisted pose – A yoga asana to tone your abdomen and thighs

Vakrasana or twisted pose is actually a simplified type of ardha matsyendrasana. It is a very efficient pose to tone your abdomen and stretch your thighs. How to do the asana

  • Sit erect and stretch both your legs ahead together. ?Hands needs to be because of the side of the body as well as your palms should rest on the ground.
